  1. Technical Aspects of Athlerse

Trackers Integration

To track every indoor and outdoor activity, provide accurate data on your workouts, and properly reward you, Athlerse integrates with a variety of external trackers like Apple iPhone, Apple Watch, Fitbit, Garmin, Mi Band, Samsung, Pebble and others.

The means of integration are specific to each provider. For example, Apple provides activity data via Apple Health. Other devices have either SDKs or external APIs that can be used to query activity data. The implementation for each specific tracker integration will depend on the available data source.

Athlerse will maintain a universal normalized activity data store (likely in AWS Redshift) to retrieve useful insights, statistics and summaries. This data will be fed to Athlerse proprietary AI models aimed at optimizing workouts, picking achievable goals, and distributing GYM rewards.

It is important to reliably and securely retrieve the activity data to prevent possible data spoofing. Apple Health and direct APIs allow to get the ground-truth data and minimize such risks. Athlerse will consult with industry professionals to arrive at the intersection of user experience and security.
